individual therapy

We are all unique. There is no one-size-fits-all way of working with clients. I encourage the uniqueness and approach therapy with the same lens. I draw upon aspects of psychodynamic theory, attachment theory, humanistic theory, mindfulness-based CBT, DBT, and narrative therapy amongst others. I am a firm believer that real change occurs in a collaborative relationship between therapist and client, in a safe and caring space.

Ideal for someone who wants to work on interpersonal struggles, identity issues, self-esteem, coping skills, communication issues, maladaptive behaviors, trauma, and self-exploration.

family therapy

Often the identified patient is not the sole reason for dysfunction within the family system. Great work happens when the whole family comes to therapy. Together we will uncover issues within the family system and learn healthy communication and response to stress. A family systems approach is used to assist with parenting skills, adjusting to change within the family unit, and maladaptive behaviors.
